Once a year, we organise a sustainability week with our apprentices to sensitise them to the important issues of the future. In addition to theory, we visited exciting projects and selected partners during the week, such as the demonstration power plant in Churwalden, the Halbmil biogas plant in Chur and the Alpine dairy in Andeer. We also had lunch at PurSuisse and the Scalottas Terroir restaurant.
